- Supervise and manage day-to-day cutting department operations.
- Ensure cutting production is completed according to the production plan and delivery schedule.
- Monitor fabric spreading, cutting, numbering, bundling, and panel quality.
- Ensure accurate cutting according to approved patterns, markers, sizes, and quantities.
- Control fabric consumption and minimize fabric wastage.
- Coordinate with Planning, CAD/Marker, Production, Quality, and Store departments.
- Manage manpower and allocate workers according to production requirements.
- Monitor cutting quality and take corrective action when problems occur.
- Ensure proper shade, size, lot, and bundle identification to avoid production mistakes.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education:
- Skills: fabric cutting, production management, technical knowledge of garment production, garment production, garment manufacturing, materials management, garment finishing, garment industry knowledge, department management
