Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttara. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations of the healthcare center, including coordinating patient appointments, overseeing front-desk activities, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. This role will assist with staff scheduling, basic administrative reporting, and monitoring adherence to quality, safety, and service standards. The Assistant Manager will help manage communication with clients, respond to inquiries, and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. Collaboration with medical and administrative teams, maintaining accurate records, and handling routine operational issues are core responsibilities of this position.
