Assistant Manager Business Development

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a full-time role for a Assistant Manager-Business Development at The Daily Campus. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role will require frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular reporting to the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record in business development

Significant large customer or agency sales or news media sales experience

Experience in closing sales and generating revenue

Solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem, digital advertising, and digital marketing to help customers reach their marketing goals through our platforms

Able to effectively and confidently communicate and influence senior stakeholders (Management and C-level clients)

Ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in the news media or ad agency is a plus

Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are appreciated

Bachelor in any discipline preferably in Business Administration.

EXPERIENCES:

Minimum 3 years in Sales/ Business Development in ad agency/news media/ PR agency
