Assistant Manager – (Building Design Sales)

Conduct client meetings to understand structural and architectural design requirements and provide appropriate technical guidance.

Present building design concepts, interior layouts, materials, and pricing proposals to prospective clients.

Perform preliminary structural analysis using ETABS, STAAD Pro, CAD operators or other relevant tools where required.

Follow up on client inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed design or project orders.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation including drawings, quotations, agreements, project records, and client communication.

Monitor project progress, ensure payment follow-ups, and regularly update clients regarding project status.

Support business development activities by identifying potential residential projects, new clients, and market opportunities.

Generate leads and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders while ensuring excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in challenging situations.
