- Customs Clearing & Forwarding (C&F)
- Logistics Services
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day office administration and follow-up
- Monitor daily C&F, customs clearance and operational activities
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates by email
- Prepare client-wise bills, invoices, statements and supporting documents
- Submit bills as per individual client requirements and procedures
- Follow up outstanding bills, payments and documentation
- Maintain proper accounts, client and operational records
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide feedback to Management
- Coordinate with clients, operational teams and other concerned parties
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in C&F, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Import-Export or Trading
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Word and professional email communication
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
- Good understanding of billing and accounts documentation
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Honest, proactive, disciplined and responsible attitude
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Education:
- Skills: Logistics, Import-Export or Trading, MS Office
