Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate between production teams and management, and ensure that workflow, quality, and delivery targets are met. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, supervising staff activities, maintaining documentation, and assisting in implementing process improvements. The role also involves resolving operational issues, supporting compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and preparing regular reports for senior management. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth plant operations and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and manage workflows in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and monitoring production activities, with attention to quality, timelines, and resource use.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and support management decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and supervising frontline staff.
• Understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards relevant to textile or similar production facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in manufacturing or textiles is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila, maintain regular attendance, and adapt to a fast-paced industrial setting.
