- Lead the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages.
- Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
- Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement.
- Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
- Experience: At least 12 years
- Education:
- Skills: quality assurance, knowledge of quality control, quality control, quality management, quality control procedures
