Role Description The Assistant General Manager Human Resources will lead and manage core HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, and performance management for Rancon Global Trucks Limited. This full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka involves developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals and local regulations. The role includes overseeing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting learning and development programs to build capabilities across the organization. The Assistant General Manager Human Resources will collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategy, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR documentation and HRIS, and support organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR operations.
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor HR Policies and Human Resource Development initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a mid- to senior-level HR leadership role, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Solid knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in HRIS and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in Dhaka and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
