Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulshan for an Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager Sales and Marketing. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including setting targets, planning campaigns, and tracking performance. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The role requires overseeing promotional activities, coordinating with advertising and media partners, organizing events and client engagement programs, and ensuring consistent brand positioning. The Assistant / Deputy General Manager will also collaborate closely with project, finance, and operations teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and client relationship development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in marketing strategy, brand positioning, campaign management, and promotional activities for real estate or related sectors.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and coaching abilities to guide and motivate sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Good understanding of real estate market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and customer behavior.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Gulshan and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
