Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer | Location: Dhaka
We are looking for a highly experienced, result-driven professional to lead our Government Tender, Commercial and Government Affairs functions and develop strategic business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead e-GP, Government Tender & Commercial Management from opportunity identification to contract execution.
- Manage DPP-related activities and liaison with Ministries, Government Departments, Military & Paramilitary Organizations, Agencies and Project Offices.
- Handle tender review, BOQ/specifications, technical & financial submissions, negotiations and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with government and institutional stakeholders and drive new project opportunities.
- Coordinate contracts, work orders, payments and commercial matters with internal teams.
- Prepare high-quality MoM, presentations, proposals and management reports.
- Experience: 10 to 12 years
