- Leading and managing Plant Production & Operations Management.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet sales demands and export targets.
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Cold Chain Integrity & Quality standards (HACCP & ISO and FDA guidelines).
- Optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual operational budget (Opex/Capex) for the plant.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies.
- Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory Control.
- Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure integrated operations.
- Mentoring and leading the operations team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

- Experience: 10+ years
