- Verify and review Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) data for all trip bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain and update the serial records and schedules of company trucks and tankers to support effective fleet management.
- Allocate vehicles based on distribution and operational requirements to ensure timely delivery and optimal fleet utilization.
- Prepare and issue trip advance slips for drivers assigned to designated depot trips, ensuring approval compliance.
- Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities and conduct field visits to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
- Track, maintain, and follow up on attendance, leave, and absentee records of drivers and helpers.
- Coordinate vehicle handover and takeover processes between drivers, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Collect, maintain, and distribute vehicle registration, fitness, tax token, insurance, and other renewal documents, ensuring proper acknowledgment and signature records.
- Resolve transport bill-related issues promptly in accordance with approved company policies and management directives.
- Maintain transport-related records, reports, and documentation accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and operational procedures.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
