Job Description
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls.
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and follow up regularly.
- Promote products and support sales conversion.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and communication targets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service and sales operations.
Requirements
· Education: Graduation in any discipline. Students currently studying at Honours level are also eligible to apply.
· Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply
· Age: 20–25 years
· MS Office and computer proficiency
· Minimum Bangla typing speed: 20 words per minute
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
