Assistant Electrical Engineer

Role Description The Assistant Electrical Engineer will support the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects, working under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and documentation, assisting with load calculations, reviewing technical specifications, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of electrical designs. The role also involves participating in site visits, helping with troubleshooting and system verification, and maintaining compliance with relevant codes and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baridhara DOHS, requiring close collaboration with colleagues, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of electricity principles and related engineering concepts.
• Ability to assist with Electrical Design tasks, including preparation of layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Power Distribution systems, including basic load calculations and equipment selection.
• Familiarity with Power Systems analysis and operation in commercial or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Basic proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to follow engineering standards and procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site project team.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a consulting and project-based environment.
