Job Description / Responsibility

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Support the Chairperson in departmental administration, academic operations, and policy implementation
• Act as a senior liaison among stakeholders by ensuring effective communication, preparing official documentation and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Lead the planning and execution of academic events while ensuring alignment with departmental goals and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Oversee departmental resources, facilities, procurement, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Support student services, address concerns, and coordinate with relevant university offices
• Prepare operational reports, drive process improvements, and contribute to university-wide initiatives

Educational Requirements

• Master`s degree with excellent academic credentials from a reputed university

• At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8 years` experience in Administration, HR, or Management roles
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced settings
• Sound judgment in interpreting and applying policies with confidentiality
• Assist with budget planning, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate administrative teams
• Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bengali
• Professional conduct aligned with institutional values
