Q Hotel Dhaka – a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited – is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel with Multi-Purpose Office Complex featuring two independent 20-storied towers (built-up area more than 35,000 sqm) located at Purbachal New Town, adjacent to the 300 Feet Express Way. The hotel will feature 152 well-appointed guestrooms & suites (including 2 Presidential Suites), 4 international standard restaurants & lounge, multi-purpose banquet & conference facilities, outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, spa & wellness centre.
The hotel is currently in the pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operation in Q4 2026. We are looking for a highly experienced, guest-focused and service-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Chief Concierge / Chief Concierge.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Concierge, Bell Desk and Guest Services operations of the hotel to deliver personalized, efficient and world-class service to all guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs, repeat guests, corporate travelers, high-profile guests and families, ensuring every request is handled with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Provide comprehensive information, recommendations and arrangements for restaurants, attractions, shopping, entertainment, transportation, cultural experiences, medical facilities, business services and local events.
- Oversee and ensure seamless handling of guest requests including airport transfers, limousine services, restaurant reservations, ticketing, tour arrangements, special surprises and any other personalized services.
- Supervise, train and mentor the Concierge, Bell Attendants and Doorman team to maintain the highest five-star service standards and brand image.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, service providers and local partners to ensure reliable and quality guest services.
- Ensure the Lobby, Entrance and all guest contact areas under Concierge control always reflect the hotel’s luxury image and service excellence.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and turn them into positive experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, VIP profiles and service logs for personalized service delivery.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security and other departments for smooth guest journey.
- Assist in pre-opening set-up of Concierge operations, SOPs, vendor network and team training.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager / General Manager as per business requirements.
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Education: bachelor of tourism and hospitality management
- Skills: front desk operations, hospitality consulting, hotel management, hotel operations knowledge, guest services, hospitality management, hotel administration
