Role Description The Assistant Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position supports senior account managers in handling client relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include tracking account activities, preparing basic reports, assisting with order follow-ups, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with the design, production, and marketing teams to align client expectations with brand standards. The Assistant Account Manager helps maintain accurate records, supports billing and documentation processes, and contributes to a smooth overall customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and reliable follow-through on tasks.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and data entry.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in fashion, youth culture, and ethnic wear, with a willingness to learn about the brand’s products.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in account support, sales coordination, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
