Role Description The Assistant role at Rawdah Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Assistant will support daily academic and administrative operations, including organizing classroom materials, helping prepare lesson resources, and assisting educators with student supervision and engagement. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, coordinating schedules, handling basic correspondence, and providing front-desk support to students, families, and visitors. The Assistant will collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day activities, uphold institutional policies, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and colleagues.
• Basic administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively within a team, and take initiative when needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and student-focused environment.
• Prior experience in an educational or office setting is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in education or administration is an advantage.
