Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila. The Assistant will support daily operations by handling routine administrative tasks, organizing documents, and helping maintain accurate records. This role will involve communicating with team members and clients, scheduling and coordinating activities, and responding to basic inquiries. The Assistant will also help ensure that office supplies and resources are available, assist with data entry or simple reporting, and perform other assigned tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.
Qualifications

• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks, including organizing files, record-keeping, and data entry.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and partners in a clear and respectful manner.
• Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and meet daily deadlines.
