Art Historian | $11/hr Remote

Role: Domain Expert - Art

Type: Short-Term Contract (8 Weeks)

Compensation: $9 - $12 per hour

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

• Review and validate prompts covering art history, visual arts, fine arts, architecture, design, artists, art movements, museums, and related topics.
• Evaluate completed tasks for factual accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, logical inconsistencies, outdated information, and low-quality content.
• Assess whether prompts are challenging, relevant, and aligned with project objectives.
• Provide clear, constructive, and evidence-based feedback to improve task quality.
• Maintain consistency by following established quality standards and review guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Art, Art History, Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or a closely related field through professional, research, teaching, or industry experience.
• Master's degree or higher in Art, Art History, Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge across art history, artists, art movements, visual arts, museums, architecture, and design.
• Excellent written English communication and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify factual, logical, and contextual errors.
• Prior experience in reviewing, evaluating, editing, or quality-checking domain-specific content is preferred.
