Area Sales Manager

Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Naogaon District, responsible for driving sales growth and brand presence for oraimo accessories in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include managing and expanding the distributor and retailer network, executing sales plans, and monitoring performance against targets. The role involves frequent field visits, merchandising oversight, and ensuring product visibility at key outlets. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing teams on local promotions, collect market intelligence, and provide regular reporting and forecasts. This position also includes building strong relationships with partners, training sales staff, and resolving operational issues to support sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, account management, and experience with dealer or distributor networks.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare clear performance reports and forecasts.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in FMCG, mobile accessories, or consumer electronics sales is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics in Naogaon District and surrounding areas, including retail and distribution practices.
• Comfort with using digital tools for reporting, communication, and basic CRM or sales tracking.
