Job Description

  • To prepare area wise sales target related to yearly, monthly, weekly sales plan for maximization of profit and ensure the achievement.

  • To organize mobile veterinary clinic, Health camp and progeny show to engage farmers, exploring health service and AI service to increase farm productivity.

  • Planning of AI Service provider training, farmers training & meeting in assign areas and Ensure quality AI Service Provider selection and verification as per selection criteria.

  • Monitoring and supervision of AI Service provider’s activity and planning of AI Service provider and farmer’s retention plan and help in implementation in the assign areas.

  • Market survey, market analysis, information preparation for market, Search scope of market for business expansion.

  • Planning of sales promotion and business development to earn maximum revenue in national level. Development of strong sales, supply chain and own marketing team in area level.

  • Planning on container loan distribution and collections realization of due loans timely.

  • To develop rapport building with AISP to motivate them and ensure maximum productivity.

  • To ensure Breed wise semen sales, LN2 use & other AI materials sales and supply to AISP by using skill, technique & knowledge.

  • Establishment of Business relations among stakeholders, different related organizations like Government and Non-Government organizations. Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization. Follow the Government policies.

  • All types of Area report analysis and preparation to convey this to the RSM/ZSM Arrangement of regular meeting with staffs, AI Service provider training etc.

  • Collect competitor’s business information and analysis the strength & weak point. Prepare your business plan & strategy to increase market share. 

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

The candidate should have Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in Zoology/ DVM/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry/ Biological Science/ Agriculture or any other subject with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate)

Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO, Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy

  • Knowledge on dairy business & Artificial Insemination

  • Knowledge on cattle population & farming practice

  • Knowledge on Computer MS office & email communication. 

  • Willing to work under pressure and challenging environment

  • Work Prioritizing & Ability to think strategically and carry out assigned tasks independently

  • Facilitating and encouraging open communication in the team, communicating effectively
