Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Must Experienced in Consumer durable or FMCG Industry)

Reporting To: National Sales Manager

Location: North Bengal, Sylhet & Cumilla

Key Responsibility

• Guide, control and motivate the sales team.
• Setup sales target, travel plan and ensure that the team members are in line with targeted sale and following the travel plan.
• Need to monitor very closely at least ±15 key accounts (dealer) throughout the designated area.
• Should spend ±80% (20 days at market) time at market for direct sales monitoring and development of sales force.
• Plan and ensure after sales service.
• Extensive field visit to the prospective customer & consumer.
• Develop and update the dealers and sub-dealer’s network.
• Keep close relationship with stake holders:
• Building developers, Star Hotels, Industries
• Government and non-government offices (LGED, PWD, REB, Universities, Garrison Engineers)
• Plumbers & water pump installers. Keep and update key plumber’s database regularly.
• Monitor and update competitor’s activities.

Qualification and Requirement:

Education:

BBA from any discipline or EEE Graduate from any university.

Experience:

± 5 years working experience.

Requirement:

• Experienced in Consumer durable or FMCG
• Experience on water pump will be an added advantage.
• Should have sound knowledge of handling sales team (at least 4 person) and dealer.
• Clear idea on sales, distribution and credit management.
• Excellent communication and reporting ability.
