- Lead and manage sales operations across assigned districts within the division
- Drive revenue growth through B2B, B2C, and corporate channels
- Recruit, train, and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSO) and Corporate Sales Executives (CSE)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and service delivery
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
