To manage the overall sales, operations, people, inventory, and customer service outlets and ensure achievement of business targets and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve outlet-wise sales and revenue targets and take corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Monitor daily outlet operations, ensuring compliance with SOP, VM, cleanliness, customer service, and company standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and monitor the performance of Outlet Managers and store teams.
- Manage manpower, including attendance, discipline, productivity, coaching, and performance.
- Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, stock accuracy, and minimize inventory loss/damage.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, discounts, returns, and other operational controls.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities within the assigned area.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and provide business insights to management.
- Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and other departments to resolve outlet-related issues.
- Ensure successful implementation of company campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and operational initiatives.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales, profitability, and outlet productivity.
- Experience: 4+ years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
