Role Description The ArchTech Innovate (AA Media) role is a full-time, on-site position based at Sylhet Mohila Technical Training Center in Nilphamari Sadar Upazila. The role involves planning and producing media content, coordinating new media initiatives, and supporting communication activities for training programs and institutional projects. Daily tasks include developing media plans, collaborating with instructors to design learning materials, conducting research on media trends and audience needs, and assisting in the implementation of marketing and outreach campaigns. The individual will also help maintain organized records of media assets, prepare reports on media performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of media and communication strategies at the center.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Planning and New Media to design and execute effective media activities.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Marketing principles to support outreach, awareness, and engagement initiatives.
• Ability to conduct Research on media trends, audience behavior, and educational content needs.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms used for media creation and distribution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment and coordinate with trainers and administrative staff.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant coursework, training, or certification in media, communications, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
