Role Description The Architectural Engineer will work on-site in Kendua Upazila in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, planning, and coordination of building and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural and engineering drawings, reviewing design specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with civil engineers, construction teams, and project managers to align design intent with practical execution, cost considerations, and timelines. The Architectural Engineer will participate in site visits, monitor construction progress, and support quality control to ensure that structures are safe, functional, and aligned with client requirements. The position also includes preparing technical documentation, supporting project proposals, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to develop detailed design plans and technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Construction processes to bridge design and implementation.
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
• Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Only Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kendua Upazila and conduct regular field and site inspections.
