- Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design.
- Prepare design presentations, reports, and client proposals.
- Review architectural drawings for quality and compliance.
- Ensure designs comply with DINB -2025 & BNBC -2020
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate project resources and consultant activities.
- Control project budgets and monitor design variations.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Prepare and review construction drawings.
- Resolve technical design issues during design and construction.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Experience: 8 years
