- Develop innovative interior design concepts and architectural layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to present to clients.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that align with the design vision and budget.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution matches design specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education:
- Skills: AutoCAD , 3ds Max/SketchUp + V-Ray/Lumina , Adobe Photoshop , 3D Architectural Rendering , 2D design , Microsoft Office
