Architect / Junior Architect

Job Description

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and architectural layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to present to clients.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that align with the design vision and budget.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution matches design specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any technical issues that may arise.

Additional Requirements

• Preferred degrees are Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed university. (Diploma in Architecture and Interior Design for Junior roles).
• Experience must be within 2-4 years.
• Strong understanding of construction details, material properties, and BNRB (Bangladesh National Building Code) regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bengali.
