Architectural Design & Drafting
- Prepare architectural conceptual layouts, plans, elevations, and sections based on project requirements
- Develop detailed working drawings, including coordination with structural, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts
- Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with architectural standards and design guidelines.
- Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from 2D drawings
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders with appropriate materials, textures, and lighting
- Prepare 3D animations and walkthrough videos for client presentations
- Optimize scenes for efficient and smooth rendering
- Manage render passes and perform basic post-production using Photoshop or similar software.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education:
- Skills: 3d architectural rendering, architectural design, architectural illustration, 3d design, architectural drawings, technical proficiency in design software, autocad architecture, architecture design, 3d modeling, interior architecture
