Job Description
Excel/Google Sheets + HubSpot + AppSheet Specialist (Short Project)
We need a hands-on specialist to clean and merge multiple spreadsheets into one master “Golden” Google Sheet, then help align HubSpot and build a basic AppSheet ops front-end.
Main Tasks
- Consolidate many duplicate files into one clean master dataset
- Deduplicate using this rule: Username > Email > Phone
- Create Google Sheets tables:
- Contacts (Golden)
- Subscriptions (Golden)
- Dedupe_Review (for uncertain matches – no guessing)
- Build simple dashboards in Google Sheets (expiry buckets, totals, basic performance)
- Prepare HubSpot clean import file + field mapping
- (Bonus) Build AppSheet interface for staff: search customer, view subscription/expiry, update approved fields, task tracking
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Data analysis
- Data Management

- Microsoft Excel

Additional Requirements:
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets data cleaning experience
- HubSpot import/mapping experience
- Attention to detail (no silent merges)
- Can give daily updates
- AppSheet experience
- Basic automation knowledge (n8n / Zapier)
