About This Role

Skarion is looking for recent engineering and computer science graduates who are curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out.

This is a four-month internship designed for people who want to build practical skills in technical research, problem-solving, communication, and engineering decision-making.

Depending on your background and the projects we are working on, you may research engineering roles, analyze technical requirements, work with resumes and candidate data, explore unfamiliar technologies, support technical operations, or contribute to engineering and software-related workflows.

You are not expected to have all the answers when you join. What matters is your ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and figure things out.

What You'll Do

As an Application Engineering Intern, you will help our team evaluate technical job opportunities and make accurate application decisions.

Your work may include:

• Reading and analyzing technical job descriptions.
• Breaking requirements into skills, tools, certifications, education, and experience.
• Researching unfamiliar companies, industries, technologies, and job titles.
• Comparing job requirements against verified candidate experience.
• Identifying strong matches, weak matches, missing information, and potential risks.
• Selecting the most appropriate base resume for an opportunity.
• Reviewing AI-generated resume recommendations for factual accuracy.
• Preparing clear recommendations for Application Engineers.
• Identifying duplicate, outdated, suspicious, or misleading job postings.
• Supporting civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, software, GIS, CAD, networking, and other technical workflows.
• Clearly documenting why you made a recommendation.
• Asking questions and escalating uncertainty instead of guessing.

A simple way to think about the role is:

You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas. Part of the internship is learning how to quickly understand technical fields that may be unfamiliar to you.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree — mandatory
• Diploma-only applicants are not eligible
• Strong written and spoken English
• Professional communication skills
• Strong research and problem-solving ability
• Ability to learn unfamiliar tools independently
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional remote-work environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to rotate across technical and operational responsibilities

Working schedule: 5 days a week. 8 hours per day

Strong-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position after completing the internship.

Potential full-time compensation is approximately BDT 18,000–25,000 per month, depending on performance, technical growth, reliability, communication, initiative, and business needs.

Full-time conversion is not guaranteed.
