Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential business opportunities and support the development of new client pipelines.
- Analyze sales, client, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, and management dashboards.
- Support the Business Development team in lead generation, client research, and opportunity assessment.
- Maintain and analyze CRM, lead, prospect, and client-related data.
- Assist in preparing business cases, pricing analysis, forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Track business development KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline movement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support client requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong research and report-writing abilities.
- Good understanding of business development, sales, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and results-oriented mindset.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, Sales Operations, Market Research, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical, research, and communication skills may also be considered.
