Role Description The Analyst role at Elite Tax Navigators is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The Analyst will support tax advisory and compliance activities by collecting and analyzing financial data, reviewing tax-related documents, and preparing reports and summaries for senior advisers. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on tax laws and regulatory updates, assisting with tax return preparation and documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Analyst will collaborate with colleagues to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients, participate in internal review meetings, and contribute to process improvements. The role also involves communicating clearly with internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, and upholding strict standards of confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and tax-related information.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial software, and basic data management tools commonly used in tax or accounting environments.
• Solid research and documentation abilities, with attention to detail in reviewing regulations, policies, and client records.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with team members and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related field; professional tax or accounting certifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a structured environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Familiarity with local tax laws and regulatory frameworks in Bangladesh, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Experience in tax advisory, audit, or accounting support roles is preferred but motivated early-career applicants are also encouraged to apply.
