Buildtrade Foils Ltd. is the largest Manufacturing Company in Bangladesh. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Aluminum Foil Rolling Mills Technician to join our team. This mid-level position plays a vital role in supporting the operation of our foils rolling mills production. The Aluminum Foils Rolling Mills Technician will work alongside experienced professionals and assist in various aspects of the production process.

• Installation, commissioning and operation of latest and converting Unit.
• Plan and draw up a production schedule and select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
• Supervise the operation of rolling, separating and roll-grinding.
• Project consist of 1850 mm wider ACHENBACH-4HIGH UNIVERSAL FOIL ROLLING MILL, Separator, Rewinder, Roll Grinder, 6 nos, Annealing Furnaces and utilities accordingly.
• Overall responsibility for completion of Rolling Mill projects and converting unit project and after that starting from planning to dispatch of finished material and always coordination with marketing persons.
• Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers.
• Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, Suppliers, managers, clients.
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 18-20 years
• Education: diploma in mechanical engineering
• Skills: manufacturing engineering, roll forming, production engineering, maintenance engineering, gear manufacturing, manufacturing operations management, metal fabrication, steel making, mechanical maintenance
