- Install, maintain, service, and repair VRF, central, and split air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance of all air-conditioning equipment.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and replacement of AC units and components.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, filters, coils, thermostats, and other components.
- Respond promptly to AC breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and replaced parts.
- Ensure all AC systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff for repair and facility-related work.
- Experience: At least 10 years
- Education:
- Skills: hvac systems knowledge, knowledge of hvac systems, hvac systems, hvac, mechanical maintenance, air conditioning, electrical maintenance, refrigeration systems, hvac design, knowledge of maintenance procedures
