Role Description The AI Specialist at Edu Feature is a full-time, on-site role based in Dakshinkhan Union. In this position, the AI Specialist designs, develops, and implements AI-driven solutions that support educational content, learning analytics, and personalized learning experiences. Daily tasks may include building and testing machine learning models, integrating AI tools into existing platforms, and collaborating with educators to translate pedagogical needs into technical requirements. The AI Specialist will also evaluate new AI technologies, optimize system performance, document processes, and provide training or guidance to colleagues on AI-related tools and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including model development, training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and familiarity with relevant frameworks or libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience working with data pipelines, data preprocessing, and basic statistical analysis for AI and analytics projects.
• Ability to translate educational or business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with the ability to produce clear documentation and explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience in edtech or education-related projects is a plus, as well as familiarity with learning management systems or educational data standards.
