Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Software Engineer role based in Gulshan. The AI Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven software solutions that support YouthBees’ E-learning platform and related tools. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP features, and integrating neural network-based components into production systems. The role involves collaborating with product and content teams to understand learning needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure software implementations. The engineer will also monitor system performance, conduct experiments, and continuously improve AI algorithms to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for text analysis, chatbots, or language-based educational features.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, C++), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
- Interest in education, youth development, and building inclusive learning technologies is a plus.
