Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI Systems.

We're looking for a key contributor who designs, develops, and deploys AI-powered applications, autonomous AI agents, intelligent business automation systems, and next-generation SaaS products for clients across North America and global markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly on innovative AI initiatives and shape the future of business automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern LLM technologies.

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.

• Develop Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, memory management, and autonomous task execution.

• Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models into production applications.

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures and orchestration workflows.

• Develop intelligent business automation solutions integrating CRM, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Calendars, and third-party APIs.

• Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and business productivity tools.

• Optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance for production environments.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

• Participate in architecture design, technical planning, and solution development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM platforms.

• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.

• Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

• Experience working with Vector Databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks.

• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.

• Experience building REST APIs and backend systems.

• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI Agents or Agentic AI systems.

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Redis.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, or Vultr.

• Experience developing SaaS products.

• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, and guardrails.

• Experience working with production-scale AI applications.

Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 BDT Monthly
