Role Description As an AI Content Creator, you will work full time on-site in Dhaka, collaborating closely with other content professionals to develop digital content using AI tools and platforms. You will generate, refine, and adapt AI-assisted text for various purposes, such as articles, social media posts, product descriptions, and marketing materials, ensuring that all content aligns with client objectives and brand voice. Daily tasks include prompt engineering, reviewing and editing AI-generated outputs, conducting basic research to support accuracy, and optimizing content for clarity and engagement. You will also help maintain a content calendar, coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and continuously test new AI features and workflows to improve quality and efficiency. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies.
Qualifications

• Ability to use AI writing and content generation tools effectively, including creating clear prompts and refining AI-generated text.
• Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce concise, engaging, and grammatically accurate content.
• Basic research skills to verify information and enhance the credibility and usefulness of AI-assisted content.
• Attention to detail and quality, including reviewing, editing, and improving content before delivery.
• Comfort working on-site in Dhaka in a collaborative setting, with reliable time management and organizational skills.
• Interest in digital content, marketing, and emerging AI technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Relevant academic background in Communications, English, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
