Role Description The AI Automation & n8n Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mymensingh Division, Bangladesh. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using n8n and related tools to streamline processes and connect multiple systems and APIs. Day-to-day tasks include mapping business requirements to automation solutions, configuring integrations, testing and debugging workflows, and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and scalability. The expert will collaborate with stakeholders to understand use cases, document automation logic, and provide training or support to users. The role also involves staying current with AI and automation trends, proposing improvements, and implementing best practices for security, data handling, and maintainable workflow design.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in n8n or similar workflow automation platforms and experience integrating multiple APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of AI tools and services (e.g., language models, AI assistants, data-processing models) and how to embed them into automated workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) for custom nodes, logic, and data transformation.
• Experience with databases and data handling (e.g., SQL/NoSQL, JSON, webhooks) and designing reliable data flows.
• Ability to analyze processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document workflows clearly for technical and non-technical users.
• Familiarity with security, authentication, and best practices for managing API keys, credentials, and user data.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to debug complex automation issues in production environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support users in adopting automated solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in automation, integration engineering, or AI solution development is an advantage.
