- Facebook & Instagram-এর জন্য Meta Ads campaign plan, setup, manage এবং optimize করা।
- Lead Generation, Sales, Conversion ও Retargeting campaign পরিচালনা করা।
- Audience research, Custom Audience ও Lookalike Audience তৈরি ও optimize করা।
- Campaign performance নিয়মিত monitor করে CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS ইত্যাদি analysis করা।
- Budget allocation ও campaign scaling-এর মাধ্যমে maximum result নিশ্চিত করা।
- Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI) ও conversion tracking setup/monitoring করা।
- Creative, audience, copy ও campaign structure নিয়ে A/B testing করা।
- কোন ধরনের creative ও offer ভালো perform করছে তা identify করে creative team-কে direction দেওয়া।
- Underperforming campaign identify করে দ্রুত optimization করা।
- Weekly/Monthly performance report তৈরি করা এবং actionable insights দেওয়া।
- Experience: 1-2 years
