We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to manage, train, and grow our sales agent network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading agents, driving field sales activities,
and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and train sales agents through structured training sessions (PPT-based)
Monitor agent performance and motivate teams to achieve targets
Coordinate and supervise field sales activities
Set, track, and achieve monthly sales targets
Analyze sales reports and manage agent operations end-to-end
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or sales team management.
Additional Skills:
Corporate or B2B sales experience will be considered an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good proficiency in PowerPoint presentations
Target-driven mindset with leadership capabilities
