Job Description
Perform Level-2 hardware repair and troubleshooting for button phones.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to power, charging, network, audio, display, keypad, and SIM functionality.
Perform PCB component soldering, re-soldering, and replacement.
Properly use a multimeter, DC power supply, and necessary repair tools.
Ensure proper diagnosis before repair and quality testing after repair.
Accurately record job details, IMEI numbers, and repair status for serviced phones.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warranty and after-sales service.
Escalate complex issues to the Senior Technician.
Meet daily repair targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
• Must possess Level-2 proficiency in button phone repair
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is mandatory
• Practical knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Must demonstrate a sense of responsibility and a teamwork mindset
