AEO/SEO Project Manager

🚀 WE’RE HIRING | AEO / SEO PROJECT MANAGER

NEO Index AI is looking for a highly strategic and technically capable AEO/SEO Project Manager who can manage multiple projects, lead our execution team, and drive results across SEO, AEO, and technical SEO campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage approximately 10 client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, deadlines, strategy, and team performance.

You have to work On-site-- Mirpur DOHS, Road#9, Avenue#3, Dhaka-1216.

Working Time: 11am to 8pm.

Sunday is the only weekend.

🎯 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AEO, GEO & SEO Strategy

* Develop and execute advanced Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.

* Develop and execute advanced Local SEO / GBP optimizations.

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI-driven search behavior and generative search.

* Lead comprehensive manual SEO/AEO audits and identify high-impact growth opportunities.

* Develop topical authority and content/semantic strategies.

* Oversee technical SEO infrastructure, site-wide cleanups, sitemap and indexing improvements.

* Monitor crawling, indexing, and search visibility to identify and resolve issues quickly.

* Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, emerging search trends, AI advancements, and changes in generative search.

Project & Team Management

* Manage and oversee up to 10 client projects simultaneously.

* Lead and coordinate our SEO, technical SEO, and content execution team.

* Convert strategies into clear tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time and to NEO Index AI’s quality standards.

* Identify bottlenecks, solve operational problems, and keep projects moving.

* Take ownership of project outcomes rather than simply assigning tasks.

Analytics & Troubleshooting

* Work hands-on with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).

* Implement Conversion Tracking using GTM, Set Key Events on GA4. 

* Analyze traffic, rankings, indexing, crawling, keyword performance, and overall campaign health.

* Troubleshoot technical and operational problems independently before escalating.

* Use data to make strategic decisions and improve campaign performance.

Reporting & Operations

* Prepare and deliver monthly (1st) and bi-monthly (15th) client reports.

* Translate complex SEO/AEO data into clear, actionable business insights.

* Track keyword progress, traffic health, technical performance, and campaign ROI.

* Maintain strong communication between leadership, execution teams, and project requirements.

Must Have:

✅ Strong practical knowledge of AEO

✅ Strong understanding of SEO & Technical SEO

✅ Ability to manage approximately 10 projects simultaneously

✅ Strong GA4, GTM, GBP & Google Search Console knowledge

✅ Experience with technical audits, crawling, indexing and site architecture

✅ Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership

✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Continuous learning mindset

✅ Ability to handle pressure, deadlines and multiple priorities

🛠️ MANDATORY TOOLS

Experience with the following tools is mandatory:

GA4 • Google Search Console • Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, Asana • Slack • SE Ranking • Ahrefs, Google Workspace • Claude

💰 COMPENSATION: (30k-40k) Negotiable

➕ Earn an additional ৳5,000–৳7,000/month based on performance and achievement.
