Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist – Facebook & Google who can align with our goals, mission, and vision while driving measurable business growth through performance marketing.
Position: Ads Specialist (Facebook and Google)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Job Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Requirement: 2–4 years preferred
Job Location: Shewrapara, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Google according to campaign objectives and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign efficiency and results.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of conversion, lead generation, purchase, app install, retargeting, and ROAS optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Good understanding of digital funnels, attribution, tracking, audience segmentation, and reporting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in EdTech or education marketing is preferred.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Firebase is an advantage.
- Experience scaling campaigns for education, test prep, or app-based products will be highly valued.
