Job Description

We are dedicated registered English Medium School in Savar proudly affiliated with British Council Bangladesh, Pearson Edexcel.

The Admissions, Parent Relations and Program Officer serve as a key point of contact for parents, prospective students, and existing students. The position manages admission inquiries and documentation, coordinates the resolution of academic and administrative concerns, supports teachers and Section Heads in implementing activities according to the approved Extra-Curricular Activities Calendar, and provides accurate preliminary information on study-abroad and foundation program. The officer may also be required to visit other institutions, conduct field-based research, analyses relevant educational services and market practices, and prepare structured reports for management. The role requires strong communication, coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Salary and Benifits:

  • Basic Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 (based on experience)

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, English, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline from a recognized university.
  • Professional training or certification in admissions, customer service, counselling, education management, event coordination, or digital office applications will be preferred

 

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in school admissions, parent relations, student services, customer service, education counselling, program coordination, or administration is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities may also be considered for an entry-level appointment.
  • Previous experience in an English-medium school, education consultancy, foundation program, study-abroad organization, or training institution will be an advantage.
  • Experience in handling complaints, preparing reports, conducting surveys, coordinating events, or following up with prospective students will be preferred.

 

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Strong interpersonal, parent-handling, counselling, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to listen carefully, remain calm, and resolve complaints professionally and confidentially.
  • Sound knowledge of admission procedures, student documentation, follow-up practices, and record management.
  • Good coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, Section Heads, counsellors, administration, accounts, marketing personnel, and management.
  • Ability to organize and support extra-curricular activities, seminars, parent meetings, open-house program, and institutional events.
  • Research, observation, data-collection, analytical, and report-writing skills for institutional surveys and market research.
  • Basic understanding of study-abroad pathways, foundation program, English-medium education, and student counselling will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Google Workspace, online forms, and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, integrity, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to undertake on-site visits when required.
