Salary: BDT 20,000 - BDT 22,000

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Personal Assistant.
• Manage Admin Tasks.
• Make outbound calls to set Appointments.
• Respond to emails and phone calls.
• Schedule meetings.
• Cloud Storage Management
• Prior Authorization
• Letter & email Drafting
• Patient's Medical history Updating
• YouTube account Management
• Patient Communication
• Book travel and accommodations.
• Manage a contact list.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
• Organize managers’ calendars.
• Perform market research.
• Create presentations, as assigned.
• Address employees' administrative queries.
• Provide customer service as first point of contact.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Hon's/A Levels (English Medium Preferable)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Able to learn new skills.
