- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, bills, and financial documents.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Handle daily cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and other financial reports.
- Maintain records of client payments, installments, bookings, and outstanding dues.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain proper records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
- Coordinate with management, clients, banks, and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accounting, basic accounting knowledge, basic accounting, bookkeeping, accounting software, accounts reconciliation, knowledge of accounting software, accounts payable and receivable, financial accounting, proficiency in accounting software
